The objectives of MH Management Consultants are:

• to contribute to international research about boards and governance
• to publish and to disseminate research and knowledge about value creating boards

Our main activities are:

• coordinating and developing research networks
• publishing scientific and popular books and articles
• presentations at seminars for academic and practitioner audiences
• supporting board development activities in firms, including board evaluations 

Boards and wine:

• the business idea is to develop these activities in a challenging atmosphere where we will like to integrate our contributions about boards of directors in a broader setting of welfare
• we have a special focus on women directors and the processes taking place inside and outside the boardroom

• activities, services and products are developed and offered through a virtual organization
